Shipping times and policy?
AUSTRALIA (domestic)
$6 standard shipping | $12.95 express shipping.
Standard delivery is within 3-5 business days. Handling time - orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase
We ship internationally to the New Zealand & Singapore. Please use the checkout calculator to determine applicable rates.
Please note there are potentially delays in delivery at the moment due to COVID.
Do you cater for special occasions, such as gifts for a wedding, or other events?
We'd be happy to put together a tailored package. Please fill out the contact form and we can look at catering for your special occasion.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Please let us know if there are any problems with your candle and we will replace it free of charge. We only accept returns of unused candles. To return your candle, please fill out the contact form and put "return" + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the message.
What are Fyrian candles made from?
Our candles are made with a natural soy wax blend and high quality fragrance oils. Our vessels are hand poured using premium quality concrete to offer an industrial finish, and the logo is hand painted.

Where do you ship from?
We pour and ship our candles from Sydney, Australia.
What happens if my candle arrives broken?
We’re truly sorry you’ve had this experience. We take great care to pack candles carefully, but due to the sometimes volatile nature of postage, occasionally the candles can break. We can provide you with a new candle. Please email through a picture of your (unused) broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new Fyrian candle.
